The client builds premium, highly optimized desktop systems, but their digital checkout process was confusing. The interface felt generic, causing high drop-off rates for customers trying to configure custom-build orders.
Our Approach
We engineered a frictionless user flow from the ground up that prioritizes intention. By utilizing elegant typography and strategic white space, we created a custom part-picker interface that feels intuitive and premium. The checkout process was simplified into a seamless interaction.
Final Result
The redesigned interface not only provided a distinctly premium browsing experience but also directly resolved the drop-off issue, leading to a significant and sustained increase in completed custom-build conversions.
